Description:The Collision Center Production Manager is Responsible for performance results, department supervision, and Customer satisfaction. They oversee accurate estimates and costs of repairs. Reports directly to the Collision Center Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Workflow: Plan daily collision repair schedules to ensure efficient workflow. This involves assigning work, supervising the parts department, and estimating repair time.
- Quality Control: Responsible for maintaining the overall production quality of all body and paint technicians. Ensuring that they meet high standards set by the organization is essential.
- Coordination: Work closely with internal departments, including the Parts team, to maintain a continuous flow of work in the shop and minimize delays.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and promptly address quality issues and repair delays to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Leadership: Motivate the administrative and production teams to excel in customer satisfaction and sales.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the industry
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge of CCC Collision Repair Software
- Management experience
- Estimator experience
- Familiarity with auto collision repair processes and industry standards
- Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
