We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Manager that knows what it takes to succeed in our fast-paced industry and to help us plan for expansion. If you have what it takes to win and are looking for a good shop. We’d love to have the opportunity to speak with you about your goals.
Qualifications and Skill
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record in customer service, auto estimating, and sales within the automotive industry
- Strong background in service writing and automotive repair
- Ability to upsell services and demonstrate expertise in the automotive industry
- Is able to adapt and respond to all different types of personalities
- Able to establish rapport quickly with new people
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Customer support experience
- Track record of meeting or beating sales quotas
- Active listener
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
- Not only is able to manage the day to day responsibilities of selling service and keeping the shop productive but is also able to work out and help plan for the expansion of the business.
- Manage large amounts customer interactions in person and by phone
- Manage shop flow in an efficient and productive manner
- Use our shop management software to create estimates and repair orders
- Sell services to customers in-person and over the phone with honesty and integrity
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Schedule and coordinate daily and weekly appointments
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and sales quota
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Keep office clean and always organized
Job Type: Full-time
Day range:
- Weekends off (always). Monday through Thursday
Pay Weekly: Base salary range of $900 - $2,000 + bonus. Depending on skill
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $180,000.00 per year
