SUMMARY

We are currently seeking experienced Table Games Dealers. Dealers perform services for Blackjack, Pai Gow Poker, Roulette and Craps. They conduct and control the assigned game according to the casino deparmental policies and procedures, while providing a welcoming and professional experience for our guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Responsible for dealing the game of blackjack and a minimum of one additional game listed above in accordance with gaming policies and procedures, including shuffling cards, placement of bets, correct setting of hands, king up cards, make change, etc.
- Arrive at designated work station and/or relieve dealer on time ensuring the Table Games Floor Supervisor’s field of vision is not blocked when going in or coming off the game.
- Greet all customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome; remain calm and attentive, especially during heavy casino activity.
- Maintain a polite, professional and attentive demeanor at all times towards customers and employees.
- Acknowledge known and repeat players in a polite, courteous and professional manner.
- Encourage eye contact on dead games with customers to encourage play.
- Project positive body language on live and dead games.
- Demonstrate attentiveness while dealing the game with cards, placement of cards on layout and dealing with customers to ensure protection of the game and maximize the company’s assets.
- Responsible for being at designated shift 5 minutes prior to get table assignment, in full uniform displaying badge.
- Ensure compliance with Tribal, State, Federal, and NIGC regulations.
- Ensure control/protection of company assets.
- Other duties may be assigned.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be a certified dealer able to show proof of certification.
- Must pass a written competency test and audition to be considered for employment.
- Mist be able to work varied shifts, odd hours and late at night.
- Must have good language and presentation skills.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must be able to obtain a Washington State Class III Gaming License.
- Ability to stand, and use hands and arms to feel and reach.
- Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds.
- Vision requirements include close vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
