The position will support the executive leadership in numerous operational and strategic aspects of managing and growing the Firm. In order to be successful, the individual serving in this role must be highly organized and extremely effective and efficient in communications. Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, conducting primary research for assigned projects (including data analysis and synthesis), crafting PowerPoint presentations that leverage data and analysis to deliver an effective message, preparing meeting agendas and addressing logistics, summarizing research findings in written report form (sometimes on tight deadlines) and providing strategic research insights. The Strategic Business Operations Analyst will also be asked to provide occasional administrative support to executive leadership as well as lead process documentation, file management, and travel/calendar organization efforts while collaborating with other members of the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
· Provide on-going support and assistance to executive leadership on a wide range of issues
· Produce presentation materials that deliver an effective message
· Offer critical planning, structure and organizational support for key initiatives
· Support improvement of business processes and streamlining of operations
· Identify and summarize relevant data for assigned projects
· Create meeting plans and agendas, and manage logistical details
· Support strategic planning and growth initiatives
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Experience & Qualifications:
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
· High proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications especially data, reporting and presentation applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
· Highly organized with ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
· Strong attention to detail
· Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Ability to interact effectively and develop working relationships with executive leadership, administrative leadership, Partners, attorneys and staff
· Ability to work under pressure including tight deadlines while remaining calm, responsive and productive
· A high level of initiative and self-motivation
· Business and finance acumen; bachelor’s degree in a business-related field a plus
