Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue through direct sales efforts. This position is 100% commission-based, offering a competitive commission rate of 7% to 15%, with unlimited earning potential for individuals who are self-motivated and have a passion for sales in the beauty industry. You will need to have a deep understanding of chain sales within the cosmetics, skincare, and haircare sectors and be willing to attend industry shows to meet potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the cosmetics, skincare, and haircare industry within the Chicago area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with chain stores, beauty salons, and other key stakeholders.
- Present and promote our product line to prospective clients.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend industry shows and events to network and meet potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing product visibility and sales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or haircare industry.
- Understanding of chain sales and experience working with chain stores or similar businesses.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
