Business Development Specialist in Staffing Sales

We're seeking a Salesperson/Business Development pro to join our team, focusing on driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Generate New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure their satisfaction through regular communication.
- Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and achieve revenue targets.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and candidates to secure profitable deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process and provide technical sales support.
- Account Management: Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer accounts.
- Customer Service: Conduct outside sales visits to build relationships and provide exceptional service to clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in staffing/recruiting sales, business development, or a related field.
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to assess market trends and opportunities.
- Outside Sales: Experience in outside sales and account management.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $40K + Commission + Bonus. (first year at goal will land at 75K+)
- Incentives: Profit Sharing

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
