**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service in a professional office setting.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic filing systems
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Support event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a professional office or similar setting is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
