We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent team management skills, and a strong background in kitchen and inventory management and can work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, food preparation, and inventory management
- Supervise and train staff members, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Oversee kitchen and front operations to maintain quality standards and efficient food service
- Monitor and control food costs and maintain proper inventory levels
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Implement strategies to maximize profitability and revenue growth
Experience:
- Proven experience in team management within the hospitality industry
- Strong background in hospitality
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

Pay: $55,046.25 - $56,636.35 per year
