The Site Supervisor will work side-by-side on landscape management, landscape construction, irrigation and snow mitigation jobs for both commercial and residential customers. They will provide technical training to Technicians and Foremen, working closely with the Operations Branch Manager.

Ideal fit for GRO:
- 3+ years of professional experience in landscape maintenance and installation
- Experience in leading and supervising crews
- Proficiency with landscape, irrigation and snow equipment and hand tools
- Strong ability to read plan sets and specification
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Aspire software experience, preferred
- Bilingual Spanish-English a plus
- Ability to work with all levels of the Company as well as customers and vendors, while fostering positive relationships
- Hold and maintain a valid WA state driver’s as well as ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends for weather events

Responsibilities:
Landscaping Field Work:
Participate in daily landscape maintenance, construction, irrigation and snow mitigation services at assigned sites:
- Accomplish landscape project results by calculating resources required, establishing standards and protocols, and allocating resources.
- Operate a variety of equipment and perform all required jobsite tasks
- Assist in interacting with clients by way of answering questions, responding to client requests and making reasonable changes to the plan.
- Supervise layout and installation per customer proposals and plans
- Assess job progress and make recommendations.
- Verbally communicate job expectations to the field team; plan, monitor, and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Meet project budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure that job is completed in the most time-efficient manner.
- Ensure all punch items are completed at the end of the project.
- Provide analysis in order to determine corrective action aimed at warranty prevention and cost reduction.
Snow Field Work:
- Work with Technicians and Foremen in the de-icing and removal of snow and ice from walks, driveways and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties.
Irrigation Field Work
Install, maintain, and repair complex irrigation systems:
- Understand basic pipe sizing and irrigation design.
- Install controller that operates irrigation systems.
- Inspect properties and generate reports to ensure the proper service.
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial / residential irrigation systems.
- Make necessary repairs and adjustments to maintain all systems in proper working condition.
Leadership:
- Assist in training new landscaping crew members.
- Schedule training sessions whenever required.
- Provide day-to-day leadership to the Company operations that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the Company.
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the Company.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Spearhead the communication and implementation of effective operation strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, workflow and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the Company.
- Complete inventory checks and equipment inspections.
- Procure materials and deliver as necessary.
Safety:
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including work site and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and standards, conducting audits and reviews of existing health and safety policies, advising employees on safety procedures, conducting training sessions, and addressing incidents and injuries.
Hiring Bonus-
$500 paid after 2 full weeks of employment, $500 after 45 days, & remaining $1000 paid after completing 90 days of employment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
