The Data Administrator’s primary responsibilities involve tasks aimed at supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. You will work with team leads to report performance metrics, audit the CRM, and develop processes. Additionally, you will assist the sales team with tasks such as proposals, quotes, and collect data for sales opportunities. The sales administrator will be the liaison to other departments within the organization to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Conducts periodic audits on the CRM to make sure every salesperson is calling their assigned leads, deals, and maintaining organization in the system
- Review and score deals daily for sales team fact finding accuracy
- Managing Hubspot CRM workflows and leads for Sales Associates
- Audit Business Type Classifications in CRM
- Defines, tracks and reports on key metrics that indicate sales effectiveness
- Ensures that all processes are in order and are followed
- Communicates consistent metric updates to department leaders
- Collaborates to alert department leaders on any decrease in metrics
- Take daily attendance and reallocate unused leads to present Sales Representatives
- Developing and implementing new systems to streamline standard operating procedures for sales
- Assist sales team with customer support & ordering processing (they can handle verbal credit card orders)
- Assist sales team with quotations and proposals
- Create & maintain call lists for sales team
- Update, review and provide daily sales reports to the Leadership team.
- Communicate with suppliers
- Collaborate with internal departments
- Back end support for the Sales Department

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong presentation skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Position may require travel: Up to 5%
