The Event Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of event planning, execution, and post-event analysis to ensure a seamless and exceptional member experience. This role involves leading and developing banquet staff, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and timelines. The manager will also engage with members to understand their needs, tailor events to their preferences, and manage event budgets effectively.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant event experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple events efficiently. They should possess strong leadership abilities, a member-centric approach, and innovative thinking to create unique and memorable events. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
