Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administration Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office activities and ensuring smooth daily operations. The Administration Manager will play a key role in coordinating administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office procedures.
Duties:
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting
- Manage schedules for meetings, appointments, and events
- Supervise the board of directors meetings to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Maintain phone systems and handle incoming calls professionally
- Efficiently manage calendars for executives and team members
- Assist in event planning and coordination for company functions

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent schedule management and time-management abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Experience in calendar management and event planning is a plus
