Key Responsibilities:

- Address customer inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information on pricing, delivery options, and product availability.
- Order Processing:
- Receive and process orders placed in-person, over the phone, or via online platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the floral design team to fulfill custom orders and special requests, adhering to quality standards and timelines.
- Handle transactions securely and maintain detailed records of sales and inventory.
- Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and display cases, ensuring a visually appealing presentation of products.
- Monitor inventory levels of retail items such as vases, greeting cards, and gift accessories, restocking as needed to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the floral design team to showcase seasonal arrangements and themed displays that captivate customers' interest.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments or consultations.
- Manage appointments for consultations or floral design services, coordinating with customers and the design team to ensure smooth scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service roles, preferably in a floral shop or related industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed, particularly during peak floral seasons.
