Cali Lemon Lawyers by Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a full-service lemon law firm based in Los Angeles. Our law office represents California clients who have been sold a defective vehicle that qualifies as a lemon.
Prestige Legal Solutions is seeking two Sr. Intake Specialist with previous Intake management experience, preferably in Lemon Law. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, with the responsibility of supervising, training, motivating, and developing team members. The Sr. Intake Specialist must be self-motivated and eager to learn company knowledge. The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage and navigate a high volume of client communication with attention to detail, with a success rate at or above 95% conversion.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Always maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service using elevated speech and behavioral qualities.
- Quickly learn and retain the requirements for potential clients for eligibility of the Firms’ services.
- Develop and learn specific sales skills and tactics utilized in our industry to sell our services and close leads.
- Educate potential clients on our services and benefits using proprietary training and product knowledge.
- Ability to understand, identify, and assuage pain points, while clearly and effectively communicating with the Firm’s potential clients.
- Ability to be nimble and proactive in answering all potential client questions and concerns as they arise.
- Possess and foster a growth mindset, identify and creatively problem-solve obstacles while always maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor.
- Maintain data accuracy by thoroughly documenting client information, queries, and requests within relevant CRM platforms and applications to ensure the success of the Firms’ cases while managing client expectations.
- Work with management to suggest new processes and/or refine existing processes while performing other position-related tasks as needed at the direction of management.
- Prioritize workload based on business objectives, established goals, and best practices.
- Review and be knowledgeable of applicable deal pipeline stages to push deals forward from Leads to Retained Clients of the Firm.
- Answer inbound calls and perform outbound calls to screen prospective clients for qualification
Lead Specific Duties/Responsibilities:
- Utilize stage-specific reporting and deal views for timely follow-up on each deal, with emphasis on those deals within the report that have no next activity or have not been contacted within the last 1 week.
- Perform outbound outreach to potential clients via all contact methods (phone, email, text) to communicate needs to complete files (documents, information, etc.) and retain the client.
- Review deal cards to ensure the accuracy of all information (deal card name, purchase date, owners/signers, OneDrive link, deal properties, client name, vehicle information, mileage, etc.).
- Send retainer agreement for countersignature via the Firm’s CRM; record deal information and all attached documents to OneDrive for attorneys for transfer to the Legal Department.
- Act as the main point of contact for and be the authority of the “New File Setup” process.
- Responsible for direct reports or sub-teams performance of duties and responsibilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience – 2 years preferred – of lemon law intake experience or related field.
- Excellent telephone communication skills, including the ability to articulate professional responses, strong listening skills, and de-escalation of problem calls, all while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close leads within a timeframe determined by the firm.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work well with others in a collaborative, professional work environment.
- Knowledge of firm-used business applications preferred (HubSpot, Crexendo, MS Office products)
- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual is a plus (Spanish).
- High School Diploma or GED.
