Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in New York City. As a Sales Representative at PUDO, Inc., you will play a key role in driving our business growth by recruiting independent stores like convenience stores, dry cleaners, and drug stores to join the PUDOpoint network. This is a commission-based position, offering substantial earning potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by recruiting independent stores such as convenience stores, dry cleaners, and drug stores to join the PUDOpoint network.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate PUDO, Inc.'s services to potential PUDOpoint partners, highlighting the benefits and value propositions.
- Negotiate and close partnership deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Track and report on recruitment performance, including pipeline development, revenue forecasts, and key metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
