The Receptionist/Concierge position manages the following responsibilities, but are not limited to: Answering incoming calls, scheduling client appointments, providing Travel Agent and Client support, file management, and general office duties.
While our clients prefer to speak with an Agent, the concierge position is very important to our operations as they are the first point of contact that our clients speak with.
Candidates should possess:

- Must be able to perform multiple tasks
- Enjoys a busy working environment
- Be a team player
Our Receptionist also provides Concierge Services to our clients, such as checking clients in for their flights, assisting with vendor services, making dinner reservations, etc.
