As a mechanic joining our team, you will ensure the safe, compliant, on-time and efficient maintenance of our aircraft fleet at the line maintenance level. This is achieved by coordinating and executing aircraft maintenance, open transparent communication, and maintaining safety and compliance as our first line of defense. You will foster and develop teamwork and leadership that embraces our company’s values.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Maintain an understanding of the maintenance program and follow accordingly
● Participate in a constantly improving work environment with creative well thought-out ideas
● Coordinate and execute scheduled and unscheduled work tasks independently or as directed
● Assume “ownership” of the aircraft you work on with exceptional attention to detail
● Maintain open communication with operations and maintenance directors
● Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) Program and consistently promote a ‘Safety Always’ culture

Requirements, General
● FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required, Inspection Authorization preferred
● Advanced knowledge of aircraft systems, troubleshooting with emphasis on electrical/ avionic systems, schematics and database downloads
● Must be able to travel regionally and internationally as needed for aircraft maintenance
● Must live within 1.5 hours of Hayward, Ca. our operational home base.
● High School diploma (or equivalent)
● Must be able to lift 50 lbs. for a distance of 10 feet
● Must be able to work outside in inclement weather
● Must be able to work shift work, weekends, and holidays
● Willing and motivated to self improve through on line training as well as traveling to training locations
● Complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen
● Current and Valid Driver’s License required
● Current and Valid Passport
Preferred:
● Factory or Equivalent training for our aircraft types
● Avionics / Advanced autopilot systems experience
● Leadership Experience
Requirements
● 4+ years of experience with field maintenance / troubleshooting. Airbus H145 required / Agusta 109 preferred
● Able travel domestically and internationally as required for up to 2 weeks

● Commensurate with experience
