Language Services Support Representative
Salary: $20.00/hour
The Language Services Support Representative is an administrative role, primarily responsible for customer service and billing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

Manage incoming calls. Provide customer and general support.

Create, edit and deliver monthly reports and customer invoices.

Manage accounts receivable, outstanding and past due invoices, working closely with the finance department.

On occasion, represent the Language Services team at agency and community events.

Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing and mailing and email.

Assist with the collection and organization of interpreter and customer data
-
Manage document translation requests, including customer quotes and assignment

Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have HS diploma or equivalent.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be able to communicate well verbally and in writing with colleagues and customers/clients.

Must be proficient with technology - Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple deadlines

Prior customer service and accounts receivable experience preferred

Bilingual not required but a plus
