Position Overview:
As a key member of our therapeutic team, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement customized behavior intervention plans. This role is essential in providing high-quality, direct ABA therapy to our clients, facilitating their social, communication, and adaptive skill development.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of experienced BCBAs.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Engage children in activities designed to promote their social, communicative, and life skills.
- Collect precise data to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
- Build meaningful relationships with families, providing them with insights and strategies to support their child’s development.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive therapeutic environment

- RBT certification, with a passion for ABA therapy and a drive to make a difference.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism in various settings.
