Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing repair and maintenance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the service department
- Manage and lead a team of technicians and service advisors
- Ensure quality service and repairs are performed efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Conduct plumbing diagnostics and recommend appropriate repairs
- Upsell additional services or products as needed
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Experience in plumbing repair, plumbing sales, plumbing diagnostics, and customer service.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Proven track record of managing a service department or plumbing facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide the service team towards achieving department goals
