Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Relations Manager to join our dynamic team at PureWay Compliance, Inc. This role involves managing our top 10 accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile clients. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the successful candidate will be critical to driving client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Monitor the status of the top 10 client accounts, ensuring all needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage various client projects, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
- Communication: Maintain robust communication channels with client leadership, ensuring they are regularly updated on project statuses and company offerings.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely shipments, accurate reporting, and compliance with all internal processes.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to enhance revenue generation.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance and progress reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Strong client relations and project management background, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Asana and NetSuite is highly advantageous.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
