We are looking for an experienced Sales and Account Manager who can work with us to capitalise on inbound sales enquiries and outbound sales campaigns and build relationships with existing customers.
As an organisation, The Institute of Financial Operations and Leadership (IFOL) are a leader in developing and offering education programmes and certification exams for Finance/accounting professionals. Our aim is to enable each individual to 'Reach Their Potential In Finance' via our structured development pathway and certification programmes.
As a Sales and Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales from inbound enquiries, providing clients with advice on course selections, and developing longterm relationships with customers to ensure their needs are continuously met.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to all inbound enquiries
- Lead outbound Telesales campaigns to members of our database and membership community.
- Performing virtual course and membership demonstrations for potential customers via Zoom
- Part taking and leading in sales focussed webinars and seminars
- Supporting IFOL's global event schedule
- Maintaining client records on the company CRM system
- Working closely with Marketing to develop sales strategy
- Being the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients
- Responding to support requests and queries
- Administration of student enrolments and membership set up
Requirements
- Ability to work unsupervised and maintain high levels of motivation
- 2+ years successful track record of Sales or Business Development
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Well organised with experience using CRM systems
