Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit duties as needed

We are looking for someone with a passion for tattoos, an eagerness to learn about the tattoo industry and who is seeking long term employment with opportunity to grow into an studio assistant manager/manager position!
**This position is not for those looking for a tattoo apprenticeship or free/discounted tattoos, nor will it lead to anything along those lines. If you are an aspiring artist please apply for an apprenticeship through the studio!
If you are wondering if this job is just answering phones all day it most certainly isn’t! There are many responsibilities on the Studio Associate and tasks that must be completed and completed well. We need someone who is self motivated, hard working, tedious and well organized.
This position is not just taking care of our clients, but building relationships with them that keeps them coming back. The Studio Associate is the face of our business, therefore needs to be a fantastic people person that is able to provide top notch customer experience without fail. A big role in this position is sales, as it is the Studio Associates job to increase sales and promote the business!
There are a lot of expectations with this position and many tasks to be taken care of each day. A few of these are:
- Previous experience in guest relations
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and maintaining phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Data Entry
- All artist schedules (adjusting schedules, booking new appointments etc.)
- Answering phone calls
- Emails
- Helping clients in person
- Answering questions about tattoos, aftercare, shop policies, etc
- Handling the point of sale (ringing out clients, taking deposits for appointments, end of day drawer count)
- Organizing and executing office type material and tasks
- Shop cleanliness/upkeep
We are looking for someone who has skills such as:
- Time management
- Reception
- Computer skills (10 key, typing, data entry)
- Programs like : Excel, Google sheets, scheduling software, POS system
- Public relations
- Sales
- People skills (customer service)
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving/ Conflict management
- Balancing tasks when necessary
Full Time- Tuesday-Saturday-9:30 am-6:30 pm (40 hours per week)

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
