Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the POS system
- Provide information to clients about spa services and products
- Assist with retail sales of spa products and technology devices
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage inventory and stock levels of spa products
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with POS systems for scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Experience in sales, particularly in medspa, or retail is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
