We are seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative to join our team. This poistion will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience. This role involves handling new and existing customer requests, processing orders, managing payments, and maintaining a welcoming and tidy store front.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with inquiries and orders.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
Order Processing:
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the system.
- Generate and send invoices to customers.
- Process payments via cash, credit card, or other methods.
Communication:
- Call customers to provide updates on their orders or address any issues.
- Contact suppliers to place orders and make payments as needed.
- Ensure all communications are clear, courteous, and timely.
Store Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and customer-facing areas.
- Perform light cleaning tasks such as vacuuming and dusting.
- Ensure the store front is welcoming and presentable at all times.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or sign shop environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and office software (e.g., MS Office, email systems).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
