MEDICAL ASSISTANT with phlebotomy
Physicians office seeking to add a CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT to become a part of our team! Highly organized, compassionate, motivated and a self starter to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Only applicants with PRIOR MA experience or recently graduated students w/phlebotomy AND live within the Forsyth County area will be considered. Our office is located on the Northside Forsyth Hospital campus, which is a smoke free zone.
Qualifications:
- A heart for patient care is priority
- Previous experience in healthcare as a Certified Medical Assistant (or recent student)
- Venipuncture/EKG
- Medical terminology
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Venipuncture, EKG's and injections
- Room patients, take vitals and medication reconciliation
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support providers.
Hours are Mon-Thurs 7:30-4:30, Fri 7:30-12 noon.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
