As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing sales team.
Job Summary:
The Salesperson will be responsible for selling roofing and exterior services to residential and commercial clients. This role involves conducting roof inspections, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct roof inspections on up to two-story buildings to assess client needs and provide accurate estimates (three-story buildings will have support provided).
- Meet with potential clients to discuss their roofing and exterior needs.
- Canvass neighborhoods four nights a week from 4 PM to 7 PM and every other Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM to generate leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using company-provided tools.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to project completion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or exterior services industry.
- Ability to safely climb and inspect up to two-story roofs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver’s license and decent driving record.
- Comfortable using technology, including a company phone and iPad.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
