We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Studio41 team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. You will perform clerical, administrative functions and some sales in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist onsite guests and recommend products and services to fit their needs
- Answer inbound telephone calls and keep messaging system organized
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Help keep the showroom organized
- Develop and implement organized merchandise and filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks (transfers & receiving paperwork, keep showroom up to date and organized)
- Be able to anticipate customer concerns and offers practical solutions to resolve them
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer savvy
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Friendly and engaged
- Strong time management skills
- Self motivated
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
