Exigent Systems Inc is an enterprise IT services firm seeking an IT Help Desk technician to join our team within the next 30 days.
Work will typically include the following:
phone, email, and in-person support to client staff
troubleshooting reported issues
issue triage
issue escalation as needed
report compilation
The ideal candidate will possess:
knowledge of Windows OS
strong troubleshooting and reasoning skills
excellent oral and communication skills
basic networking understanding, including knowledge of common protocols and how they relate
Along with the above, the ability to reason, troubleshoot, communicate, attention to detail, a fanatical commitment to quality, and caring for our clients is paramount.
This is a salaried, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday position.
There's a minimum 90 probationary period with this position. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, you'll begin accruing sick & vacation time, and employer provided health insurance contributions are provided.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
