Starting Salary: $19.06 an hour/$37,167.00 annually based on relevant years of work experience

Work Hours: This position will work and be paid for 75 hours in a 2 week pay period
Current county employees will follow the county's promotion/demotion policy.
Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support; including scheduling, making copies and overseeing supplies, to Guardian Ad Litem on all matters.

Operates computers with a high level of skill providing input to and making adjustments to programs as needed.

Prepares reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.

Maintains accurate files including those with confidential information.

Interacts with other internal and external governmental departments, outside offices, agencies and the general public daily as needed to perform essential job duties.

Assist in development and maintenance of internal databases such as community resources, case law, legal briefs, and other child welfare related matters.

May function as administrator or liaison on various major computer systems and submits SROs to IMTO/Maintenance.

Implementation responsibility for managing changes as technology progresses and mandates.
Qualifications:

One year of moderately complex clerical work experience or any equivalent experience and/or training which provided the required knowledges, skills and abilities.
