Qualifications for the Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative:
· Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking) required
· Property & Casualty license is preferred, ability to obtain licensing within 90 days of offer date is required
· At least 1 year of customer service/client-facing experience is highly preferred
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent analytical skills
· Works well in a fast-paced environment
· Very strong interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities for the Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative:
· Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
· Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
· Take the extra mile to engage customers

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
