Job Responsibilities
- Create relationships with hiring directors in school districts and medical facilities to understand their staffing needs
- Recruit talent within the healthcare industry to work in our clients' facilities
- Build, negotiate, and manage employment contracts
- Build a book of business through metrics of cold calling, job posting, and social media promotion
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous sales experience or strong interest in sales and recruiting
- Comfortable with communicating over the phone and cold calling
- Passion to grow in sales and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Understanding this is an on-site position based out of Atlanta
