We are currently seeking a Audit Manager to join our Accounting Firm Team!
Responsibilities:
- Conducts preliminary quality assurance over engagement deliverable and activities.
- Understanding of Auditing Standards, audit procedures, and financial analysis techniques.
- Supervise and review work performed by other team members.
- Develop staff through effectively delegating tasks and providing guidance.
- Provide subject matter technical expertise to delivery team in financial management areas of financial reporting, internal control, and/or financial business systems.
- Assist Partners and Principals in the creation of proposals, business development, and practice administration.
- Administers Auditing Schedule.
- Utilize technology to share knowledge with team members, develop skills, and continually learn.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- 7 years of experience in Public Accounting
- At least 2 years in Government Auditing
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
- High level technical knowledge.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills
- Experience supervising audit teams.
