Position: Field Maintenance Specialist
The Field Maintenance Specialist provides the property management team with field support. This includes light home repair, general home maintenance, reviews of operating systems, lockbox placements, site photos and site inspections. The Field Maintenance Specialist works closely with the Leasing Agent. The Leasing agent is the primary contact for all properties for lease and is responsible for acting on behalf of the owner to leasing their property in the budgeted timeframe.

· Knowledge of on-site maintenance including coordination of vendors and contractors
1. Licenses: A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required.
2. Availability: Position requires the ability to serve on-call as needed to serve each property.
Responsibilities:
· First and foremost, put client experience first and respond to clients in a timely manner.
· Visit 4+ homes per day
· Manage a schedule of daily tasks
· Complete daily reports with pictures, documents, and video (if needed)
· Positively interact with current clients and tenants
· Report back to the property manager in charge and leasing agent with all property concerns by the end of the day
· Conduct preventative maintenance audits of current properties.
· Respond to leasing inquiries.
· Coordinate lockbox and keys
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
