Job Brief:
The IT Tech Support will report to the IT Manager and is responsible for assisting the IT Team and Patten Title end users in the Greater Houston Market by providing Tier 1 on-site support to our employees, including hardware, software, and printer support. Ask appropriate questions, display patience and tact, and use technical knowledge and resources to diagnose and resolve their issues. Escalate issues that extend beyond Tier I level of control to other team members. Work with the IT team to understand IT procedures and programs to assist with documenting employee interactions, IT policies and procedures, and training for all employees.
Responsibilities:
· Experience providing support to staff by assisting with IT Tech Support tickets.
· Work with end-users and third-party Vendors to identify and deliver required PC service levels.
· Able to provide adequate support to 80-100 stations.
· Setting up workstations for new hires.
· Communicating and assisting third party Vendors with troubleshooting advanced issues.
· Assisting team members with troubleshooting problems of desktops.
· Assisting approved team members with remote setup.
· Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network issues.
· Answer IT tickets, emails, and telephone requests for service

Requirements:
· 1 years of IT and business work experience, or a Degree in Information Systems or IT-related certification, or equivalent work experience.
· Strong customer-service orientation.
· Knowledge of network and computer hardware.
· Computer equipment support experience.
· Ability to explain technical issues and solutions in user-friendly language.
· Self-motivated and directed with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other both desktop and web based software.
· Title Company IT experience, a plus
· Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds;
· Must be able to crawl under desks and other smaller spaces;
· Up to 70% travel may be required, driver’s license is required for this position.
· Must be able to carry computer hardware and set up hardware including desktop computers, monitors, and other computer hardware
