Job Description
Need Direct Care Professionals provide services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Direct Care will provide services for youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential living situations or in group homes.
Direct Care Professionals requirments:
Must have valid driver's license
Must be CPR certified
- Must have Direct Care experience , Must have experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Whether in residential, group home, or hospital setting, staff must have experience working with Mental Health Care or Behavioral Health Care patients/residences
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the facilities
- Direct Care Professionals are to remain professional at all times
- Must complete all onboarding paperwork sent from Heaven Sent Home Care and Staffing Solutions
- Immunizations Report including TB Testing Results, OR X-Rays, Hepatitis B Testing Results
- Covid Testing and Results or Covid Vaccinations Card
RESIDENTIAL SETTING FACILITY-Duties may include the following: (but not limited to) providing assistance in various areas including health managment, shoping , cooking, cleaning, ADL skills, socialization, establishing meaningful relationships and community involvement.
Direct Care professionals will be working with Adults with developmental disabilities. some ADL service may be needed, Assist in cooking, assistant the manager in putting the individuals to bed, cleaning, laundry, prep meals, light cooking, monitor individuals in the residence for safety, conduct safety checks, monitor staff for safety at all times. must show tender-loving care-support, Staff must engage, communicate and remain professional at all times with individuals in the residence and managers, documentation, coaching, teaching.
Dress Code Attire
All Direct Care staff must wear scrubs at all times!!!

Adult Services Individual, Residential, Supported Living, Residences Shared Living.
Location:
All openings in several cities of the Boston area such as Cambridge, Somerville, Hyde Park, Medford and surrounding towns.
Available Shifts:
Per Diem Shifts (all shifts are awake shifts) mornings, evenings and overnights shifts
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
Experience:
- caregiving: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- PABC (Required)
