The Opportunity:
Through exceptional leadership, the Vice President of Sales will drive sales strategies and objectives to strengthen CyberPower’s market position and achieve desired revenue and business goals. This position manages all sales channels including increasing revenue at current accounts and focusing the team on new business in vertical markets and strategic target accounts.
This position reports to the President/General Manager and will be a key member of the executive management team. Your responsibilities will include fostering a team-oriented culture that aligns with our vision, mission, and values, aimed at sustaining both immediate and long-term revenue growth, with clear margins for profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Design and implement a sales strategy that embodies CyberPower's ethos, aligned with our broader business objectives across all sales channels.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Initiate and lead innovative projects to discover new sales and product opportunities, leveraging market trends and customer insights to boost revenue.
- Team Leadership: Build a culture of excellence and accountability within the sales team, offering mentorship and coaching to improve performance and success.
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and expansion, creating new sales channels to enhance CyberPower's market presence and competitiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive sales strategy that supports CyberPower's strategic objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales effectiveness, pinpoint areas for improvement, and refine sales processes.
- Customer Relationship Management: Forge and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, proactively meeting their needs to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:
- Motivated and charismatic sales leader with 15+ years of excellence maximizing multi-channel revenue growth through the collaboration across emerging growth organizations within Hardware and/or IoT-Embedded Systems. Power management a plus.
- A track record of leading significant top & bottom-line revenue growth and consistently exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring high-performance sales teams focused on development and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans, including market analysis and competitive positioning.
- Strong analytical skills for making data-driven decisions to enhance sales performance.
- Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to turn business goals into actionable sales plans.
- Experienced and comfortable in a lean and hands-on growth organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Science, and/or a relevant field.
