Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced veterinary customer service oriented person to add to our existing team. Client Service is the primary focus in this job description. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service and a positive team attitude.
Responsibilities and Duties
-Excellent customer service both in person and on the phone
-Following practice guidelines for recommendations to clients
-Scheduling of appointments
-Admitting patients
-Discharging patients
-Accepting payments
-Handling multiple phone lines
-Maintaining a clean and organized work station and client waiting room
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in a Veterinary Medical setting is required. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen as well as submit to a background check.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
