We’re looking for an experienced expert to manage Workday at Lemonade. In this role you’ll support the Business Systems team’s goal to automate processes and increase efficiency for the People and Finance teams.
Your core responsibilities will include overseeing all payroll, absence, time tracking and benefits modules. You will be involved with all aspects of system administration and support, and will also assist in defining strategy, managing projects, and developing solutions.
Act as the lead for configuration of the Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits modules
Partner closely with the global Finance, People Operations and Payroll teams to understand requirements and architect solutions
Configure and test Workday features and enhancements, including new feature releases and process redesign
Support the implementation, testing, and maintenance of integrations, including a variety of connector and Studio integrations
Design advanced reports and analytics, including dashboards
Contribute to a range of support and training activities, helping basic and advanced audiences use Workday more effectively
Supervise application managed service (AMS) and contract resources
8+ years of relevant work experience
4+ years of Workday experience, including hands-on Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits configuration
Experience building Workday reports and managing Workday integrations and security
Experience with global implementations (especially EU, UK, and Israel) highly desired
Ability to independently lead projects
B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems or related field

The starting base range for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000 per year, equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
