Job Summary:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for SAM, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of the company by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and promote the company's investment advisory services. Your goal will be to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and contribute to the overall success of the company's business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Prospecting and Qualification: Reach out to leads through cold calls, and emails, to introduce the company's services, understand their needs, and qualify potential opportunities for further engagement.
2.Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with prospects by effectively communicating the value proposition of SAM. Conduct engaging conversations, respond to inquiries, and address concerns to establish trust and credibility.
3.Business Development Support: Collaborate with the sales team to assist in the development and execution of sales strategies. Provide support in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
4.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and keep abreast of changes that could impact on the company's growth.
5.CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate records of lead interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and track progress towards revenue goals.
6.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry regulations, investment products, and financial markets to ensure a strong understanding of the company's offerings and to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services industry, preferably in the RIA sector.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
- Self-motivated and driven, with ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business development tools.
- Strong analytical and research sills to identify market trends and potential opportunities.

Pay: $68,477.00 - $72,637.00 per year
