Job Title: Office Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, invoicing, purchase orders, sales support and ensuring smooth communication within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Coordinate calendar management for executives and team members
- Oversee office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting
- Lead and supervise office staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising a team is preferred
