Skills/Education Needed:
-
Bachelor’s Degree (highly preferred)
-
1-3+ years of leadership and management experience
-
Authorized to legally work in the US
-
Must be able to meet physical demands of the position which include (but are not limited to) standing for 10 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.

45-50 hours of work per week, between the hours of 5:00 am-11:00 pm

Open Availability (including Fridays & Saturdays)

In order to start off as a Leader, you will be required to work at least 2 closing shifts per week (1:30-11:00 pm)

Minimum of 2.5 year commitment needed (most cases are 3 years)
