What you will be doing as an Instructional Designer at MedSpeed:
- Design and develop training programs, including training manuals, on-the-job training and technology-based learning

Design, prepare, review, and distribute educational materials

Collaborate with department leaders to assist in the development of SOP content as needed
-
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records in the Learning Management System (LMS)

Keep up to date on new training methods, legal training requirements, and best practices
-
Build and nurture a collaborative MedSpeed team culture

Other tasks as assigned
What you need to become a MedSpeed Instructional Designer:

Excellent written and oral communication, strong interpersonal skills
-
Experience with Articulate, Rise, and Storyline required
-
Creative skill savvy multimedia user: Camtasia, SnagIt, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite

Must reside in Chicagoland area

LMS administration experience preferred

Excellent writing and content development skills

Collaborative work style, able to work well within and across departments

Familiarity with job training methods and techniques

Strong attention to detail

Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines

Time management skills and ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to take initiative

Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in organizational development or education
-
1-2 years experience supporting Human Resources and/or supporting Executive Level Management
