The successful Field Service Technician will have the following Key Accountabilities:
- Effective hands-on installation of Trio Mobil products on customers’ material handling equipment mainly forklifts at customer sites.
- Actively participate in field problem solving situations as it relates to product performance and customer acceptance.
- Visit customers to assure their satisfaction with Trio Mobil products as well as site surveys, pilot project installations, POCs.
- Coordinate shipment of products to customers from 3rd party logistics warehouse.
- Coordinate and cooperate with 3rd party contractors, forklift dealer teams for successful customer installations.
- Support rapid deployment for critical issues.
The successful Field Service Technician will have the following Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
- Min of 5 years of Technical / Installation experience on forklifts or other material handling equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical, electronics systems principles. Ability to read wiring schematics and an entry level of software installation is preferred.
- Background in problem definition and root cause analysis.
- Effective communication skills both orally and written.
- Industry knowledge on lift trucks or related products is a plus.
- Nationwide Travel Requirement: 80%
