QSR Director of Operations
The QSR Director of Operations will have the responsibility of overseeing staff and operations of locations in their market. They will drive expectations and deliver on metrics, alongside day-to-day operations, training/development, planning and setting goals, problem-solving, following company and industry standards, and unit-level management. This role requires strong experience in developing talent, leading teams to success, and delivering on customer expectations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manages staff of Executive Area and Market Leaders to ensure compliance and accurate execution of both brand and company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Deliver profitability while working with direct reports in the field, meeting targeted KPIs and sales goals, identifying opportunities through reporting, and maintaining correct operational procedures.
- Ability to facilitate new unit openings.
- Maintains staffing levels across the market, monitoring and managing the employee selection process for each location in the market.
- Develops ERLs, EALs, and Market Leaders through training and mentorship, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance and leadership.
- Directs and executes policies and procedures, ensuring they are upheld at all times.
- Conducts market meetings as needed to discuss operation procedures, store promotions, safety, security, and training.
- Provides feedback, training, and coaching to restaurant management to ensure proper execution of company plans, programs, and standards.
- Full accountability for the P&L of the assigned market.
- Ability to work in resolving maintenance and repair issues, determining causes, and identifying trends.
- Ensures each unit in the market meets the highest standards of local health and safety codes.

Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills, with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- 10 years of successful, high sales volume, operational management experience in a multi-unit environment
- Management experience in a multi-unit capacity, overseeing 7-10 units
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software
- Adaptable to change and results-driven
- High attention to detail and focus on getting the job done
- Strong ability to multitask and readily adapt to shifting priorities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrates effective leadership and customer satisfaction
- Experience with the execution of profit/loss summaries
- Required Driver's License
