The Opportunity:
Are you a self-starter paired with creativity in the trending world of e-commerce? T&T Supermarket US is currently looking for a Digital Sales Specialist is to drive online sales for both the Grocery and Fresh product categories. You will report and work closely with the Digital Sales Manager.
As we are expanding our footprint in the US, we would like to introduce our private label products to our new customers. This would include analyzing sales performance data, managing projects, collaborating with internal departments.
The ultimate result is to increase site traffic, increase sales, meet sales target, increase gross profit targets while providing a great experience to the customers. The position demands a focus on market trends and customer preferences to optimize product offerings and promotions across both segments, ensuring a seamless and effective approach to achieving the company’s strategic goals.
You Will:
- Assist the Digital Sales Manager in communicating and following up with other internal departments, providing details on assigned projects
- Generate sales reports and perform analysis on product selection, pricing, market surveys, and other related data as required
- Liaise with internal departments and various stores to coordinate promotional campaigns, marketing materials, project timelines, follow-up actions, and other aspects related to product launches online
- Conduct product category reviews and analysis to identify sales opportunities and ensure profitability
- Share best practices and stay updated on emerging trends by networking with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Site Operation team to prepare marketing and promotional materials, including translating messages into both English and Chinese
- Work with third-party image companies to select new items for online listing and monitor the process to ensure timely online uploads
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by Managers and other Executives
- Provide support to relevant parties while the Digital Sales Manager is occupied
You Should Have:
- 3 years plus of related experience in digital marketing/e-commerce preferably in a supermarket or related industry
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in digital marketing or related field
- Strong knowledge, passion, and awareness of the online business landscape in the USA market of trendy Asian grocery and fresh products (including perishables, dairy, and frozen items) is highly preferred
- Technical knowledge of grocery product categories, specifications, and pricing, including produce grading & standards, FDA regulations, and mandatory standards required
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is considered an asset
- Experience with Magento platform and Power BI will be considered an asset
- Proficiency in spreadsheet management, sales planning, order forecast and data analysis skills translating to insights for driving the increase of sales are strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple assignments promptly and accurately

Our growth into the US offers great opportunities within our first US flagship store, set to open in 2024 in Bellevue, Washington in the Marketplace at Factoria, spanning 76,000 sq.ft. and will stand as the largest Asian specialty supermarket in Washington state.
We have additional plans for growth and will also be establishing a regional office in the greater Los Angeles area to grow T&T Supermarket’s vendor base with American food suppliers.
