As a TeleChat associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting a positive brand image. Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Engaging with customers via online chat to assist with product information, order status updates, and troubleshooting
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, escalating to management when necessary
- Making outbound calls to follow up with customers, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience
- Staying up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends in order to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and other computer applications
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to remain calm and professional, even in challenging situations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
