Who We Are
We are a vertically integrated behavioral healthcare organization with clinics across 3 states and dozens of providers. Though we have many large behavioral healthcare clinics, we are relatively new to the Autism space. We currently have 3 operational autism clinics with another one under construction and an aggressive growth strategy that incorporates 50+ new clinic openings in the next 3-5 years. Your Position:
Registered Behavior Technicians are responsible for administering evidence-based therapies directly to clients. This will always be under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT’s role is responsible for each individual session’s success including: set-up, delivery of session, data collection, and break-down. Hours are typically afternoons and weekends.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Must have the ability to apply for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential and pass the required examination within 90 days of employment.
- Adhere to Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) code of Ethics. http://bacb.com/ethics/.
- Attend trainings and maintain effective knowledge of identified qualifications/competencies.
- Assimilating and carrying out direction from supervising behavior analyst for therapy and data collection.
- Providing effective behavior evidence-based treatments.
- Collecting unbiased and accurate data during therapy sessions.
- Proactively communicating with supervising behavior analyst for questions and feedback.
- Maintaining reliable transportation, a driver’s license, and car insurance.
- Ability to work in a team and to share responsibilities and duties.
- Ability to resolve interpersonal conflict in a straightforward and timely manner.
- Ability to set priorities, be organized, and be a self-starter.
- Ability to be friendly, empathetic, and an adept communicator.
- Ability to treat both staff and clients with respect.
- Ability to communicate with clients and their families.

HIPAA
Team members are required to adhere to policies and procedures implementing HIPAA requirements for the privacy and security of protected health information. Team members are permitted to use and/or disclose only minimum amount of Protected Health Information necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Reports all suspected violation of company’s HIPAA policies or procedures to Human Resources.
Environmental Stewardship and Safety
- Team members are expected to adhere to facility safety requirements, report unsafe practices or equipment, and, if applicable, use the appropriate protective equipment as needed.
- Depending on role, and during the daily course of duties, team members may have to lift, twist, pull or push. Team members must be able to manage these activities up to 60 lbs.
- Any accident or incident must be reported immediately to a member of management for proper recording.
