Overview:

Duties:
- Assist the Head Chef in supervising kitchen staff and coordinating food production
- Oversee banquet and fine dining food service operations
- Maintain high standards of quality in food preparation and presentation
- Ensure inventory control and proper stock rotation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Skills:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong background in food production, fine dining, and banquet services
- Proficiency in inventory control and ordering procedures
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food service best practices
