The Business Development Associate will be responsible for supporting both the sales and marketing initiatives within the organization. Involves a combination of sales support, marketing coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure a effective collaboration and smooth functionality.

Proposal fulfillment: Assists with preparing presentations and proposals in response to client requests and opportunities.
- Content Creation & Management: Assists in the creation of marketing materials such as sales slicks, brochures, case studies and social media content. Ensures consistency with messaging and branding.
- Digital marketing Support: Assists in managing digital marketing efforts including social media, management, search engine optimization (SEO) and website management.
- Event Coordination: Assists with the planning and execution of tradeshows, and conferences as well as the selection and ordering of associated promotional items.
- CRM Database Management: Assists sales team with updating and maintaining CRM Salesforce. Regularly reviews and ensures data integrity and accuracy. Other tasks as required.
- Market Research: May assist with conducting research to gather insights into consumer behaviour, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English or communications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong administrative and project management skills.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and other publication software.
- An organized and methodical mindset.
- The ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines.
- Good analytical skills and an ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-
paced environment.
- 1-2 years of administration and project management experience is
considered an asset.
- 1-2 years of project coordination experience with multiple teams is
considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is considered an asset.
- Adobe InDesign experience is considered an asset.
